Excitement was in the air (along with LOTS of balloons) on the 4th of July. For the first time in years, Holy Family had an entry in the Festival of Balloons, South Pasadena's annual parade! As the Holy Family entry got closer, the crowd could feel the energy as the song "We Are Family" blasted through the air. All 80+ ministries were represented as the parade participants, walked, rolled, and even danced by. Holy Family won the prize for "Most Creative Use Of Balloons" thanks to our event chairs, Julie Smith and Sandy Fielding!!! You did a bang-up job and made us look spectacular!!! It was a very special day, thanks to you! We are Family!
